SENS DN solenoid valves DN(15 .. 100)PN25-V(-NO)
Designed as a shut-off valve with remote and manual(reserve) actuation intended for use with liquid (including viscous) media in pipelines. NPP SENSOR LLC received a positive feedback regarding valve operation with Lithol as a working media.
Used in stationary oil processing, paints and lubricants manufacturing and fuel dispensing systems
Intended for use with:
- commercial oil
- dark oil products
- Assosiated oil gas with content of hydrogen sulfide of not more than 6%; (only in NO execution);
- light indicator of trim position
- arctic modification for temperature range from -60°C
- trim position sensor (for DN25 .. 100)
- modification for medium temperature range up to 200°C
Additional valve trim status sensor
Designed for solenoid valve disc status determination (open/close).
Valve status sensor circuit s housed within explosion-proof case equipped by threaded connection. The actuator core is connected with valve trim disc by a stem. Terminal clamps for valve trim disc status sensor are placed inside the fitting.
Sensor control scheme is based on micro controller, that determines the position of a stem, connected with valve trim disc and emits signals via two transistors. The valve's closing mechanism "opened" or "closed" positions corresponds with the transistor opened for current positions, the second one is closed. Valve disc status sensor diagram is given at picture.
